The Italy international striker, who flew into the capital from Rome on Monday, was given the go-ahead to discuss personal terms with the Hammers at the weekend following an agreement between the two clubs on Friday. West Ham will pay an initial £30.5m plus £5m in add-ons for the 23-year-old, who is set to sign a long-term deal at the London Stadium. Meanwhile, Alessandro Lucci’s agent is also at the center of West Ham’s negotiations for Eintracht Frankfurt’s Filip Kostic. The Serb is also represented by Lucci as talks continue over personal terms following West Ham’s opening bid of £12.7m. Eintracht have offered Kostic a lucrative new contract but he is considering his options despite helping the club secure Champions League football following their Europa League triumph which saw them beat the Irons in the semi-finals last season .
